Our company was established in 2005 and one of leading former holder&conveyor chain& glove machine accessories manufacturer in China. At present, Our company has more than 200 employees and produces 10 million sets of former holder& 500 thousands meters of conveyor chain annually. 4)Test procedure of products process: Disc roller steady test.Spring strength test.Material hardness test.Shaft pin strange inspection ect.
Our advantages
1)We have hundreds of design for roller Disc and various material like SUS304&SUS430&PA6&PA66 etc.Hundreds punching mould serve for disc.
2)Our bearings lifttime is around 2 years more longer than our competitors in the market.Special seal called AS which can bear more than 200°C. Comparing normal rubber seal can only bear 130°C.V-groove with inner ring prevent grease leaking.
3)oil bush from L-arm housing design with black oxide coating.It can effectively prevent rusty and expand lifetime .
4)Roller disc can rotate very smooth and steady in the track.
