ND-LHL-QSF armature commutator turning machine is suitable for turning commutator O.D. With advanced design, good shape and high performance, this machine adopts servo control for cutter moving and turning. Maintenance
1. Machine should be installed in a place, with clean air and moderate moisture.
2. Servo motor should be far away from oil, fluid etc and knocks by hard thing.
3. Key parts of machine`s mainframe is consisted of high precision dust-proof bearing and it needn`t do maintenance on general condition. But it requests replacement on condition that the bearing couldn`t rotate smoothly or in jam.
4. Inject 20# machinery oil to oil tank regularly.
5. Inject lubricant oil to Linear Guide rail regularly.
6. Tighten the screws and bolts regularly.
7. Avoid fierce knocking and pressing of touching display. Avoid fierce rotation of its box.
8. Keep the touching display and its box clean and keep it away from heavy dust, strong sunshine and corrosive material.
9. Keep machine away from high radiation equipment such as transformer.
